Skematiq ("we", "us") operates the web application at skematiq.app. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: [email protected].

Data we collect

Account data — the email address (and, if you use Google sign-in, the basic profile Google shares) used to create your account.
Project data — the diagrams, schematics and other content you choose to save to your account.
Local data — we use your browser's local storage to autosave your work on your device. This never leaves your browser unless you save to your account.
Payment data — handled entirely by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy (see below). We do not receive or store your card details.

How we use it

To provide the service (sign-in, saving and loading your projects).
To operate paid plans (granting Pro access after a successful payment).
To respond to support requests.

Service providers

Supabase — authentication and database (stores your account and saved projects).
Lemon Squeezy — our Merchant of Record; processes payments and handles billing and applicable taxes.
Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google" for sign-in.

Cookies & storage

We use only the storage necessary to keep you signed in and to autosave your work. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
